Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Agents Lab (agents-lab.co), including agent packages, downloadable Claude skill files and Agents Lab Cloud. By purchasing or using the service you agree to them.
1. Agent packages
An agent package is a one-time purchase (currently $17) that gives you lifetime access to its agents. Optional add-on agents offered at checkout are also one-time purchases. Packages include the agents as downloadable Claude skill files for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the skill files.
2. Agents Lab Cloud usage
- Using agents inside Agents Lab Cloud is billed by usage, based on the AI model resources your sessions consume.
- Usage is totalled and charged daily, around midnight (Asia/Jerusalem time), to your saved payment method.
- Charges have a minimum of $3. If a day's usage is below that, it carries over to the next daily charge until the balance reaches $3.
- If your open balance reaches $10 during the day, it is charged immediately.
- If a charge fails we retry it up to three times. If it still fails, access to Agents Lab Cloud is paused until the outstanding balance is paid from your account.
3. Gift plans and trials
After a purchase you may be offered cloud access to additional packages on a weekly plan (currently $10 per package per week). Plans start with a 3-day free trial and renew weekly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Account > Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Gift plans provide cloud access only and do not include skill file downloads.
4. Payments and records
Payments are processed by our payment partners (Tranzila and PayPal). We do not store full card numbers. All payments, charges and invoices are available in your Agents Lab account; we do not send payment emails.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, generate harmful content, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Outputs
AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them. You own the content you create with the agents, subject to these terms.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and usage pricing. Material changes are announced in your account before they take effect.
