Agent packages

If a package does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund it. Because packages include downloadable files, refunds for packages that were downloaded and used are at our discretion.

Cloud usage

Usage charges reflect resources already consumed and are not refundable, except where a charge was made in error.

Weekly gift plans

Cancel anytime during the free trial and you will not be charged. After a weekly charge, cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of that week.

How to request

Email support@agents-lab.co from your account email with the charge date. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
