This policy explains what Agents Lab collects, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account data: email address and, if you provide it, your first name.
- Payment data: a payment token, card brand, last four digits and expiry, or a PayPal reference. Full card numbers are handled by our payment partners and never stored by us.
- Cloud content: your chat sessions, notes and saved items, so they appear in your history.
- Usage data: token usage per session for billing, and basic analytics about page visits and funnel steps.
How we use it
To provide the service, bill usage, secure accounts, prevent abuse, and improve the product. Sign-in uses one-time email codes; we do not store passwords.
Processors
Your messages are processed by our AI model provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. Payments are processed by Tranzila and PayPal. Emails are sent through Resend. Hosting and storage are provided by our infrastructure partners. These processors act on our instructions.
Retention
We keep account and billing records as long as your account is active and as required by law. You can delete individual chat sessions and notes at any time.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing support@agents-lab.co.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
