What's included

3 agents, one workspace

Policy analysis

Policy Intelligence Specialist

Turns policy documents into source-cited snapshots and side-by-side comparisons; every change traced, every gap stated, premium math by script.

Account service

Client Service Specialist

Classifies client requests by risk class, lists what is missing, drafts replies, carrier requests and AMS notes; never sends or binds.

Renewals and retention

Renewal & Retention Specialist

Stages renewals, scores priority from your thresholds, plans outreach and follow-up, and decides when remarketing is indicated.

Built from

What these agents know

001

Policy checking and comparison method used by independent agency account managers: coverage grant, limits, deductibles, valuation, forms and endorsements, never headline limits alone

002

Service-desk practice that classifies every request by its effect on the policy and on the agency's liability before anyone drafts a reply

003

Renewal management practice: milestone timelines, explainable prioritization and remarketing triggers set by the agency, not a universal 90-day checklist

What they do for you

Side-by-side comparison

Upload the expiring dec and the renewal offer. Every changed limit, deductible, form and premium is listed with the page it came from; what is missing is called missing.

Request triage

Separates an ID card request from a vehicle add from an "am I covered" question, lists what the client still has to send, and drafts the reply and the AMS note.

Renewal priority you can explain

Scores every expiration from your own thresholds (premium change, material changes, missing documents, notices, responsiveness) and shows the reasons, not a black box.

Remarketing when it matters

Recommends not indicated, candidate or remarket now from your triggers, drafts the brief and waits for the producer's approval instead of requoting everything.

FAQ

Questions

What exactly do I get?

Three agents (Policy Intelligence Specialist, Client Service Specialist, Renewal & Retention Specialist) usable inside Agents Lab Cloud, plus the skill files, scripts and sample cases to download and run in Claude yourself.

Do I need a particular AMS or rater?

No. The agents work from what you have: uploaded declarations pages, renewal offers, quotes, emails, spreadsheets and exports. If you use an AMS, its exports feed the renewal pipeline and the reconciliation; nothing is scraped and no portal is touched.

Will it invent coverage facts?

No. Every value in a snapshot or comparison cites the document and page it came from, arithmetic runs in scripts, and anything the documents do not show is reported as "not established", never as "not covered". Conflicts between documents are shown with both sources, not silently resolved.

Does it send emails, bind coverage or remarket on its own?

No. It drafts, classifies, compares and recommends. Sending a message, submitting a change to a carrier, cancelling, remarketing or giving a coverage opinion stays with your licensed staff, and the agents mark those items as waiting for approval.

Does it work for one account or the whole book?

Both. One renewal gets a plain-language review with the changes and the questions to ask; a book export gets a prioritized pipeline with days to expiration, overdue milestones and the accounts where information is missing.
